O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to expedite the trial and dispose of O.S.No.55 of 2014.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit filed by her against her sister, first defendant / first respondent herein and other two defendants for partition. The first defendant / first respondent herein filed written statement long back and the suit is posted for issues in the year 2016 but the suit was ripe for trial in the year 2018.
3. Since the suit is for partition between the sisters and the age of the plaintiff / petitioner herein is nearly about 60 years as on date, the trial Judge is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.55 of 2014 within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. 18.12.2023 Index :Yes/No AT To The Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.
