ORDER

The petition has been filed directing the first respondent to afford police protection in pursuance to the complaint dated 29.08.2025 given based on the decree dated 28.02.2023 passed in O.S.No.1526 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Additional Munsif Court, Puducherry.

2. According to the petitioner, he already obtained a permanent injunction decree in his favour against the respondents being brothers. Further, he is in possession of the property based on the will said to have been executed by her mother. Therefore, seeks police protection.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate and perused the materials placed on record. At the outset, on perusal of the case paper and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that since a decree for permanent injunction is in favour of the petitioner, if any violation takes place, it is for the petitioner to file necessary execution petition before the concerned civil court and even penal action against the violators.
