When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submitted that an appellate remedy is available to the petitioner as against the impugned order. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out the remedy available under law.

2. Recording the said submission and granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
