Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order in Pro.Rc.No.273/A3/2016 dated 11.02.2016, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with consequential benefits and pass such further or other orders. 1/4

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the records. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order in Pro.Rc.No.273/A3/2016 dated 11.02.2016 issued by the second respondent and to issue consequential directions to reinstate the petitioner in service with consequential benefits.

On behalf of the respondents, counter affidavit has been filed. In the counter affidavit, they are categorically stated that the petitioner was dismissed from the service vide proceedings in Pro.Rc.No.273/C2/2016 dated 29.12.2020 issued by the second respondent on the ground that he had committed serious irregularities. 4.

Admittedly, this Writ Petition is filed against the 2/4

order of suspension issued during the pendency of enquiry by the proceedings, impugned in this Writ Petition.

In view of the fact that the disciplinary proceedings are completed and the order of dismissal was passed by the second respondent, in our considered opinion, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
