This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in Cr.No.156/2025 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police seized 447 kgs of banned tobacco products from the petitioner. Hence the case.

3. Heard both side.

4. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is huge quantity. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
