This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 23.12.2022 in I.A. No. 2 of 2022 in O.S. No. 193 of 2017 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. 1/3

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent has placed a copy of the judgment in O.S. No. 193 of 2017 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. On perusal of the same, it appears that the suit is dismissed for default by decree and judgment dated 07.02.2023.

3. As the suit itself is dismissed, in our considered view, nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil revision petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
