ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl MP No.7165 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29262 of 2023 dated 29.04.2024, passed by this Court to appear before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, twice in a month i.e, First and third Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP No.7165 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29262 of 2023 dated 29.04.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
