2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is diagnosed with Stage IV cancer in the lungs and continuously taking treatment at Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai and thereby, he is unable to appear before the trial Court as per the condition imposed on him. Therefore, he seeks modification of the condition and submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to be represented by a counsel before the trial Court once in four months.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.19991 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.430 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall be represented by a counsel before the trial Court once in four months, starting from the first working day of April 2024, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and he shall file a memo before the concerned trial Court.
