Both sides agreed that the amount of Rs.50,000/-, which Mr.Manoharan S. Sundaram had undertaken to give, has been paid on 05.11.2025.
2. It is also stated that the roof has been replaced and the air conditioner has also been restored and as on now, the pipeline work is going.
3. Mrs. P.Velammal, learned counsel appearing for Mr.Manoharan S.Sundaram states that the pipeline work will be completed within a week's time.

4. Mr. P. Pongowtham Kumar states that the complaint that was lodged against the fourth respondent will be withdrawn.
5. The respective statements made by the counsels are recorded and the compliance has also been recorded.

The Writ Petition stands closed.
