The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23654 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and posted for hearing on 12.12.2024.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23654 of 2024 by order dated 03.10.2024 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ponneri on the next date of hearing and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
