This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents not to take any action under Section 110 Cr.P.C. without following procedure as contemplated under the code. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that not even a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that not even a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
