(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard. The petitioner stands convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. We do not find any prima facie case made out by the learned counsel for petitioner for suspension of sentence. Therefore, the criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.

2. Registry is directed to post the main appeal during the third week of November, 2023 for final hearing.
