This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23991 of 2024 by an order dated 03.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.127 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 26.11.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23991 of 2024 on 03.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode on 26.11.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
