This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the application to restore the appeal that was dismissed for default on 12.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in filing the application to restore the appeal that was dismissed for default on 12.11.2024, is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
