The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted before this Court that as per the order of this Court dated 09.01.2023, the petitioner/A5 was released on interim bail for six days from 13.01.2023 to 18.01.2023 to meet his ailing mother and he surrendered before the Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai on 18.01.2023 at 05.00pm.

In view of the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

Taking note of the fact that the typed set of papers and records are ready, this Court is inclined to take up all the Criminal Appeals for hearing.

At request, list the criminal appeals on 07.02.2023.
