Crl.O. P.No.32551 of 2022 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in para 1 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.32551 of 2022 dated, 28.12.2022, it has been wrongly mentioned as " Sections 324, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 324 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act. Hence, the case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the provisions in para 1 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.32551 of 2022 shall be read as follows:

"the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 of IPC r/w 4 of TNPWH Act".

3. Further time of two weeks is granted to execute the bond from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
