This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.8441 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024. 2.It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, an enquiry has been conducted and the enquiry report dated 11.01.2025 is placed before this Court, wherein, it is found that the allegations of the petitioner have not been established. The learned counsel further submit that since the order of the Court has been complied with, this Contempt petition may be closed. 3.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.
