Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2017 and initiate action against the respondents 3 to 11 herein with reference to the transaction of lending of money to the petitioner each Rs.25,00,000/- alleged to have been paid by the respondents 7 to 11.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2017 and initiate action against the respondents 3 to 11 herein with reference to the transaction of 2/4

lending of money to the petitioner each Rs.25,00,000/- alleged to have been paid by the respondents 7 to 11.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
