ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no complaint is received against the petitioner and on the contrary, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against some persons and only for enquiry in that complaint, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment. If the petitioner lodged a complaint, he has to co-operate for enquiry. If he is called for enquiry with regard to his complaint, it cannot be said that he is being harassed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of .
