C.M.P.No. 24645 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 2625 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement due to the death of Anbalagan/sole appellant in the above A.S.No. 154 of 2023. 2.

C.M.P.No. 24647 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Anbalagan, sole appellant in the above A.S.No. 154 of 2023.

C.M.P.No. 24648 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Anbalagan, the sole appellant in the above A.S.No. 154 of 2023.
