This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in Spl.C.No.02 of 2023 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvannamalai and to quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to the extent that the present case may be dismissed as not pressed. However, he pleaded before this Court to grant liberty to raise the contentions before the trial Court which he wants to raise in this petition. 4.In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvannamalai, is directed to conclude the 2/4
