This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para 12(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26675 of on 18.11.2022 to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
