ORDER
The petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent under Section 122(1)(b) Cr.P.C. detaining the petitioner for 209 days from 15.11.2022, filed the present revision petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, the petition becomes infructuous for the reason that the petitioner's detention period was for 209 days from 15.11.2022 and the said detention period is already over. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
