O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) All these civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to restore C.M.P.Nos.16809, 16813 & 16812 of 2025 in W.A.SR.Nos.23627, 23631 & 23630 of 2025, where though a conditional order has been passed, since the same has not been complied with, those petitions stand dismissed as there was no compliance of the conditional order. In order to restore those petitions, the present set of petitions have been filed.
2. Heard Mr.Vaibhav R.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Madhumitha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.S.Ramasubramaniam & Associates for 7th respondent.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered and accordingly, C.M.P.Nos.16809, 16813 & 16812 of 2025 are restored on file and the cost ordered already shall be paid by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
