O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 28.08.2017 and pass orders on the same in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Through the said representation, the petitioner sought for cancellation of patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent and reissue the patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. In this writ petition, the notice was ordered and issued to the fourth respondent, however, the fourth respondent has refused to receive the said notice. Today, the matter is taken up for further hearing.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the other interested persons if any, including the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
