ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] (1)The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would fairly submit that in the light of E-Auction held on 25.11.2019, the property in question was sold in favour of a third party and a Sale Certificate was also issued on 10.12.2019.

(2)The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank has also drawn the attention of this Court to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the counter affidavit dated 03.01.2020 and would submit that in the E-Auction sale conducted on 25.11.2019, out of an extent of 21780 sq.ft., of land in S.No.334 of Ganapathi Village, an extent of 2620 sq.ft., of land was brought for E-Auction and one M/s.Mithran Realtors was the successful bidder and sale was confirmed in their favour on 25.11.2019 and the Sale Certificate was also issued to them on 10.12.2019. (3)In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition.

(4)Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, if the petitioner is so advised and if it is available to him under law, they are always at liberty to work out their further remedies in accordance with law before the competent Forum. No costs.
