ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.10.2019 for cancellation of patta in the name of the respondents 5 to 10 comprised in Survey Nos. 70/2A1B2, 70/2A1B3, 70/2A1B4, 70/2A1B5, 70/2A1B6, 70/2A1B7 measuring 0.29.6 acres out of 0.50.0 ares of land from Survey No.70/2A1B situated in Survey No.70/2A1B situated Semmancherry Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District belonging to the petitioner.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2019 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after due notice to the parties concerned.
