Today, this case was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in the order dated 05.12.2023 with respect to the array of party.

2. In view of the above, the following correction should be made as follows:

... Ex.P1 death certificate is filed to prove the death of the mother of the deceased brother namely Mrs.Rajammal ..."
