O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the family disputes of petitioner with respondents 4 and 5.

2. It is seen that the petitioner married the fourth respondent. Out of the wedlock, they gave birth to a male child. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent has mental problems and she left the matrimonial home before one year. Now the child is taken care of by the petitioner. While being so, demanding custody of the child, the fourth the fifth respondents are continuously lodging complaints before the second and third respondents and harassing the petitioner.

3. It is also seen that there is a family dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Therefore, if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner by the fourth and fifth respondents, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry along with counter parties without harassing the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
