This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of M.P.No.375 of 2021 in M.C.No.525 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and set aside the 1/4

petition on the ground of non-maintainable under Section 125(3) or 128 of Code of Criminal Procedure and U/s. 18(2) of the Family Court Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
