ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the name of the enquiry and counseling.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no complaint is received against the petitioner herein and on the contrary, the petitioner alone has lodged a complaint and based on the same, C.S.R.No.1050 of 2019 was issued and after enquiry, the said petition was also closed. Hence, the question of harassment does not arise.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
