ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to provide the police protection to the petitioner against the third and fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2019.

2. It is seen from the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner that the dispute is with regard to pathway and in such a case, it is open to the petitioner to file a suit before the Civil Court and get an appropriate remedy. Instead of that, the petitioner cannot approach this Court, seeking for police protection.

3. Considering the aforesaid reasons, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
