3.Mr.R.Thanigaiarasu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he is not seriously objecting the condone delay petition but he wants the revision to be heard and disposed of at the earliest. He further submitted that garnishee application has been filed before the Family Court and from the petitioner's salary the amount has been credited to the respondent.

4.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
