These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above revisions.

2.Since the counsel for the petitioner was not present on the earlier occasions, Ms.K.Shalini, Advocate was appointed as Legal Aid Counsel on behalf of the petitioner in both revisions. Today, Ms.P.Harshavardhini, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submitted that she has to get instructions from the petitioner to proceed with the case. In view of the same, Ms.K.Shalini, the Legal Aid Counsel appointed by this Court is discharged.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in this case already salary attachment proceedings have been initiated and he is ready for final hearing of the case.
