records connected with the impugned prospectus issued by the 3rd respondent dated 23.6.2025 for admission to MSc/MPH/PGD/PGF/PBD/Ph.D courses and Medical Physics Internship Program 2025 in Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry and quash the same in so far as Clause 3.Master of Public Health (MPH) (Course code 8908) Eligibility" "Should have passed in first attempt in all semesters/year" as being discriminatory, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents for admitting the petitioner to the Master of Public Health course in Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition with cost, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
