ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2025 and issue a "No Objection Certificate" in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.100/1A, situated at Gejjalaickenoatty Village.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ

petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 7 and 8, and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
