This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22572 of 2024 by an order dated 18.09.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report by way of e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Thirupattur District.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.22572 of 2024 on 18.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Thirupattur District on 1st working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
