ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of O.P.No.26 of 1996 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Having regard to the limited scope of the petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of O.P.No.26 of 1996.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this Court direct the first respondent to dispose of O.P.No.26 of 1996, which is pending before him, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is expected to pass an order after conducting enquiry after giving opportunity to the petitioner and also other interested persons if any.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
