This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24688 of 2024 by an order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, Thiruvallur District.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24688 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, Thiruvallur District on the 1st working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
