The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m until further orders by order dated 15.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11619 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that final report is submitted before the Judicial Magistrate, Solinganallur.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Solinganallur on the second working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
