Heard P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.V.Venkadasalam, learned counsel for the respondents.

2.The prayer sought for in these petitions to vacate the interim order at the instance of the petitioner/respondent cannot be entertained, more particularly, when nearly for three years, there has been an interim order.

That apart, the Government has also issued an order in G.O.(Ms).No.47, Commercial Taxes and Registration (J1) Department dated 19.02.2020 clarifying the issue. Hence, these petitions are dismissed. Interim order already granted is made absolute.
