This writ petition has been filed to directing the second respondent to shift petition father Mukunchand Bothra from the second respondent jail hospital to private hospital at Chennai based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and it cannot be granted now.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
