The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to accept the cause title by recognizing the 6th respondent as the legal heir of the deceased Valliammal in the above second appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to list the case in usual course.
