This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25202 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the charge sheet before the learned XVIII-Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.25202 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned XVIII-Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet on the 1st working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
