O R D E R
The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 18.08.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) & 49 of BNS in Crime No.327 of 2025, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to business enmity between A1 to A3 and the deceased the petitioner attacked the deceased with 1/4
spade on the head and forehead and caused grievous injuries to him. As a result of which the deceased died. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. Hence, prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased and caused death. He further submitted there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
