This petition is filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Notice sent to the first respondent has been returned with an endorsement as "died" and notice sent to the third respondent who is one of the claimant before the Tribunal has been returned with an endorsement as "unclaimed".

3. Ms.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

6. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sreevidhya, as counsel for the second respondent, at the time of admission.
