This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the the Respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's application dated 03.10.2019 for the grant of revision of timings in respect of the Petitioner's bus TN70/T-9628, plying on the interstate route Balathotanapally to Bangalore.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent while conceding the pendency of the representation made by the Petitioner, would submit that the same would be disposed of within a period of four weeks.
