C.M.P.No.27944 of 2023 in A.S.No.413 of 2018 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 181 days in filing in re-presentation delay in restoration petition to restore the appeal suit and to set aside an order dated 22.01.2023 in A.S.No.413 of 2018 as dismissing the suit for default.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 181 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.27944 of 2023 is ordered.
