2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 99 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. The name of the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
