ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the fourth respondent from interfering with the plaintiff's possession and enjoyment of the subject property and to provide police protection.

2. According to the petitioner, he had already obtained an exparte order against the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent, thereafter, had filed a petition seeking to condone the delay of 803 days in filing a petition to set aside the exparte decree and the same was allowed on payment of a cost of Rs.30,000/-. Since the fourth respondent failed to pay the said cost, the petition was dismissed. Aggrieved by the said order, the fourth respondent filed a Civil Revision Petition in CRP No.1470 of 2023, which is now pending before this Court, wherein an order of interim stay has also been granted. 3 / 5

3. Considering the nature of the dispute pending between the parties, a blanket order cannot be granted at this stage.
